Médico Cirujano de la Universidad de Chile, Master of Science in Social Epidemiiology and Public Health de University College London. 8 años de experiencia en investigación en diversos proyectos vinculados a síntesis de evidencia y evaluación de políticas públicas con énfasis en las evaluaciones económicas. Ha trabajado en el Ministerio de Salud en el Departamento de Evaluación de Tecnologías Sanitarias y Salud Basada en Evidencia. Además, ha cumplido roles como consultor internacional de diversos organismos internacionales, tales como OPS/OMS, Banco Interamericano del Desarrollo y Banco Mundial.
